Cassara is a Licensed Massage Therapist and the owner of Flow State Massage & Bodywork LLC, offering on site therapeutic massage services throughout northern New Jersey. With over 15 years of experience and 25,000 hours of hands-on practice, she is passionate about holistic healing and views massage as an essential part of self-care. Cassara’s intuitive, detail-oriented approach helps clients alleviate chronic pain, stress, and tension through personalized, integrative sessions that blend techniques like swedish massage, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, craniosacral therapy, sports massage, stretching and more. She believes in the power of reconnecting the mind and body through therapeutic touch and continues to refine her skills through ongoing education.

When she's not working she enjoys spending time with her husband, volunteering for local non-profits, exercising, and hanging out at home with her menagerie of beloved pets.
